Sree brings 20+ years of experience leading engineering, product, and AI innovation across both high-growth startups and enterprises. He has held pivotal roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, data, and machine learning. Most recently, he served as VP of Engineering at Bamboo Rose, where he led global teams in building scalable SaaS platforms.

Sree is also the founder of Pulsar Ventures, a venture studio applying AI to accelerate decision-making in business. As a trusted advisor to early-stage companies, he’s known for aligning product strategy with technical execution and building founding teams ready to scale.

At Exitous, Sree will lead the evolution of their technical roadmap, bringing a unique blend of product thinking, AI/automation expertise, and operational execution to help build Exitous into the category-defining platform for human-centered, holistic, and personalized job exits.
