We’ve got this.
Our Techstars-backed founders have lived experience on both sides of the job loss problem: the HR side and the “laid-off-in-the-middle-of-the-night” side. So, we truly get it.
We’re not just ex-Google and ex-Amazon—we’ve also led small businesses and startup teams. Our strength lies in the grit and adaptability it took to thrive across such different environments, from small startups to scaled enterprises.
We’re researchers, experimenters, and tinkerers. We’re insiders and outsiders, curious and compassionate, and more than a little fed up with status quo job exits.
Our vision.
Leaving a job is inevitable. We envision a world where every exiting employee is empowered to make their best exit.
Our mission.
Provide a scalable, human-centered platform that infuses compassion and organization into the job exit process.
