Exitous Brings AI-Assisted Onboarding—and Dinner Conversations—to Transform
“Job exits happen. We help manage the impact.”
Exitous brought that message to Innovation Alley at Transform, held March 23–25 at Wynn Las Vegas. Founder and CEO Keita Wangari attended with co-founder Stacy Soberalski and Head of Product Adam Hersly, introducing a new AI-powered HR onboarding flow built in time for the conference.
The flow addresses a practical barrier to offering personalized transition support: the work required to configure a company's information. Instead of manually entering custom questions, guidance, resources, and contacts, an HR representative can upload existing offboarding documents. ExitBetter extracts relevant information and flags inconsistencies for review before proceeding to configure the system. The intent is to make company onboarding easier while giving HR an opportunity to resolve conflicting information before it reaches exiting employees. The review step keeps HR involved in deciding what employees receive.
Adam demonstrated the flow for visitors at the kiosk. Meanwhile, Keita and Stacy spent time meeting attendees beyond Innovation Alley. With so much competing for attention on the conference floor, the team also created a smaller setting for connection: two Exitous-sponsored dinners, each bringing together six to ten people.
Some guests were existing contacts. Others had received a personal invitation through LinkedIn and met the founders for the first time over dinner. The gatherings allowed more time for personal conversations and for guests to get to know the people behind Exitous. They weren't detailed product presentations.
The combination reflected two parts of the company's approach: use technology to make providing guidance easier, and make room for the human conversations that build trust.
At a conference centered on “The Human + AI Equation: Forging the Next Era of Work,” Exitous focused on a specific application: helping companies provide clearer, more compassionate guidance when an employee's time with them ends.
